  • Passport required : Please make sure you have your passport with you on the day of the excursion.

  • Access to the cable car is prohibited for children under 3 years old.

  • The tour operates daily, regardless of the weather. However, The Swiss Butler cannot guarantee the operation of the cable car or train . Their availability can only be confirmed upon arrival on site—this is a risk to be taken into account.

  • The cable car can serve the Aiguille du Midi, Brévent or Flégère , depending on the technical or weather conditions of the day.

  • No refunds will be made for transport , even in the event of cancellation of high altitude activities.
